5 nights
My sister and I, along with two of my friends, have tickets to fly to Prince Edward Island, Canada, on August 7. We'll be staying for 5 nights. It will be 5 days and nights of no singing of the wheels on the bus over and over again, no potty accidents to clean up, no carrying a 30-lbs baby half-way around the block after she decided she didn't want to go on a walk afterall, no Dora shows, no fixing cheese quesadillas. But it will also be 5 days/nights of no lullabies, no tea parties on the back patio, no reminders from Rylie to say our prayers before mealtime, no goodnight kisses to stuffed Elmo and all of Rylie's stuffed animals. I've never been away from Rylie, so this will be really new for both of us. (Her grandparents and Lyle will be here, so she's in good hands. I'll be in good hands, too, with my sister and friends!)

Proverbs 3:5–8
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and shun evil. This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones."

I hope you have a blessed trip! Being away from our children is never easy and I hope the Lord gives your heart some peace while you're away.
Jade..we had dinner with you the night before you left and I've wondered over and over how your trip went. After seeing Rylie's video I think they got along fine.! Hope you had a totally relaxing time. See you soon...we loved meeting Rylie sooooo much! love Deb
